A fashion retailer based in London is looking for a Buying Administration Assistant to provide support to their Buying Team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a hybrid working environment. Responsibilities include managing the Critical Path process and liaising with suppliers. A passion for product and solid time management skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. You will have a passion and enthusiasm for product and a keen interest in our product categories. It's essential to have a keen eye for detail and accuracy and you need to have amazing time management, communication, and organizational skills.
As a BAA, you will be working alongside your colleagues to run the administration of the Womenswear department and manage product ranges that are customer focused and align with White Stuff's brand vision. With a keen eye for detail and accuracy you will be responsible for managing the developmental and production Critical Paths and ensuring deadlines are met.
