A leading fashion retailer in London is seeking a Buying Admin Assistant to support product development across children’s wear. You will manage samples, liaise with suppliers, and ensure on-time deliveries while collaborating with creative teams. Ideal candidates will possess great organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for fashion. At Boden, our Buying Admin Assistants play a key role in bringing our beautiful collections to life. Reporting into the Buyer, you’ll provide vital support across all stages of product development — from first samples to final delivery. You’ll manage samples, liaise with suppliers, track critical paths, and keep our systems running smoothly to ensure everything arrives on time and to the high standards we’re known for.

We are currently hiring for multiple BAA positions across our Womenswear and Childrenswear areas.
Location: 4-5 days per week at our North Acton office, the rest WFH.
