Job description
What will you be doing?

Assisting the team to set up daily sales by creating reservations from stock lists to be loaded into the system in accordance with deadlines, ensuring products are attributed correctly and have the

required information

Liaising with brand partners to chase in stock confirmations, EAN codes, images and content, ensuring delivered within the critical path

Copywriting and IDing assets to be loaded into Magento

Source the visual material required for banners, ensuring it is sent to design within agreed timelines

Submitting financials to Merchandising team and answering any queries

Updating the critical path to reflect work carried out within deadlines and attending critical path meetings with the wider team

Assisting to chase in deliveries, reconciling shortages / unknowns and supporting customer services with any customer queries for the department

Assisting brand partners with using our supplier portal and helping new brand partners navigate the portal

Reviewing the test site to ensure promotions and products have loaded accurately and fixing any errors spotted

Working with marketing to suggest brands / products to promote

General cross functional support to ensure smooth flow between buying, merchandising, production, design, marketing, and web teams

Researching competitors
