Curious. Driven. Organised. Fashion-obsessed!
If that sounds like you, this could be your next big step.
This is a premium fashion brand based in the Manchester area, and we're looking for a Buyer's Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. You'll be part of one of their busiest and most high-energy department - Wovens - working alongside an established Buyer who'll guide and support you as you build your career in Buying.
It's the perfect role if you're just starting out or already in a BAA position and craving more exposure, hands‑on training, and genuine opportunity to grow in a brand that's shaping the future of premium fashion.
Every day will look a little different, fast-paced, varied, and full of learning. You'll work closely with the Buying team, supporting the smooth running of the department while gaining real insight into the full product journey.
Product setup and purchase orders - ensuring everything is accurate and delivered on time.
Sample management - making sure the right pieces are ready for shoots, events, and fit sessions (and yes, you'll get to see product before anyone else!).
Critical path management - liaising with suppliers to track timelines, flag risks early, and keep those key launches on track.
Trade prep and analysis - supporting Monday trade meetings by pulling bestsellers, reviewing performance, and spotting opportunities.
Admin and approvals - from updating systems and managing PO's to supporting sign-offs and product fits with precision.
Trend research and comp shopping - staying on top of what's happening in the market, new silhouettes, and what's next in premium womenswear.
Team collaboration - working across Merchandising, Design, Marketing, E‑com, and Customer Services to keep everything moving seamlessly.
This role is full‑time, based at our Head Office (4 days a week / 1 day WFH).
Strong organisation and time management skills - you love structure, but can flex when things move fast.
A real passion for clothing and product - you get excited by new fabrics, fits, and finishes.
Confidence and curiosity - you're proactive, not afraid to ask questions, and hungry to learn.
Keen attention to detail - accuracy matters here, especially when managing samples and product data.
Team spirit - you thrive in a busy, collaborative environment where communication is everything.
Excel know‑how - comfortable with data and systems (and happy to learn more!).
You'll work closely with an experienced Buyer who's passionate about developing new talent.
You'll get hands‑on exposure to one of the most creative and fast‑paced product areas - Wovens.
You'll have the chance to see your work come to life, from the showroom to shoots.
You'll be part of a growing premium brand where your ideas and initiative are genuinely valued.
You'll gain real training, mentorship, and opportunity to progress within the Buying function.
