We're working with a dynamic and forward-thinking Civil company to find a skilled Buyer to join their Dundee-based team, based fully in the office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in construction procurement who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Your Role:

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services for active construction projects. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to maintain high standards of quality, cost control, and delivery timelines.

Key Duties:
  • Source and procure construction materials and subcontracted services
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Identify and onboard new vendors to expand the supply chain
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records
  • Collaborate with project teams to align procurement with operational needs
