We’re looking for an experienced buyer to join our in-house construction team, supporting the delivery of high quality homes across multiple developments. You’ll analyse tenders, oversee the scheduling of materials, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures and procurement legislation.
You’ll keep up to date with market trends and new products, using your insight to help us make effective supply chain decisions. You’ll champion continuous improvement, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our processes and relationships. You’ll also work with our Central Procurement team to explore group purchasing opportunities, ensuring value for money and consistency across our developments.

Closing date is 13 November with interviews taking place 21 October at our main office in Tewkesbury.
