Salary is competitive and working hours are 37.5 hours per week with an 8am or 8.30am start depending on preference. They offer early finishes on a Friday of 2pm.
This is an on site based role and can be based at either their Rowlands Gill or Hexham site.
The Buyer is responsible for supporting the effective management of the procurement function across the business by coordinating purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, analysing procurement data, and driving cost, quality and service improvements.
The role will take ownership of day-to-day procurement activities and work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure materials and services are sourced efficiently, delivered on time, and aligned with business requirements. The Buyer will play a key role in supporting supply chain continuity, identifying cost‑saving opportunities, improving procurement processes, and contributing to the overall performance of the procurement function.
This is an urgent requirement with a start date of early August 2026.
