Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment is assisting a growing SME residential developer in Hertfordshire to appoint a Buyer who will join the commercial and procurement team. The role focuses on procuring materials, plant and subcontract packages across bespoke residential schemes, ensuring best value and timely delivery.

You will build strong supplier relationships, analyse quotations, negotiate terms, monitor market trends and support project teams to keep projects on budget.

Qualifications

• Previous buying or procurement experience within construction industry.
• Experience working for a residential developer, housebuilder, contractor or subcontractor.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
