Job summary

SJEngineering | SJExecutive Partners in Essex is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Buyer for a leading aerospace supplier. You will lead RFQs, negotiate supplier agreements and drive cost‑saving sourcing strategies that impact performance.

You will collaborate with internal teams, identify strategic suppliers, monitor supplier performance and support new programmes from concept to delivery, ensuring supply chain excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace procurement or sourcing.
• Proven ability to negotiate supplier agreements and lead RFQs.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Are you a procurement professional with experience sourcing fasteners, engineered components or aerospace materials? Do you enjoy negotiating commercial agreements, building supplier partnerships and driving cost-saving initiatives?

We’re supporting a leading aerospace supply chain organisation in the search for a Strategic Sourcing Buyer to join their growing purchasing team. This is a commercially focused role where you’ll lead RFQs, negotiate supplier agreements and develop sourcing strategies that directly impact business performance.
