Job summary

A leading house building company in the UK is seeking a Buyer for Residential House Building to join their procurement team. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, ensuring cost control, and maintaining strong supplier relationships for multiple housing projects. Candidates should have previous experience as a buyer in the house-building sector, excellent negotiation skills, and COINS experience. This position offers a long-term contract with a rate of £300 a day.

This is working for a leading house building company dedicated to delivering high-quality homes and exceptional customer satisfaction. We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded buyer Buyer to join the procurement team.

The Buyer will play a key role in securing ,materials, products, and subcontractor services to support our housing developments. You will ensure the best value, maintain strong supplier relationships, and support site teams to keep projects running smoothly and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and procure materials and services for multiple housing developments.
• Manage purchasing schedules, lead times, and order quantities.
• Maintain cost control and ensure all buying activities align with budget targets.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
