Job summary

Evera Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Buyer to source materials, components, tooling and manufacturing services to support operational objectives. The role requires strong supplier management, commercial awareness and the ability to work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will source and procure materials, negotiate pricing and contracts, develop supplier relationships, monitor performance, and support cost reduction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous purchasing or procurement experience within manufacturing or engineering.
• Understanding of technical drawings, engineering components, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience sourcing machined components, precision-engineered parts, or production materials.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using ERP systems and procurement tools.
• Commercially focused with strong analytical capabilities.
