Honest Burgers in London (Sutton) is seeking an Honest Kitchen Assistant for the Butchery Department. You will support the team in preparation and production of our premium beef patties, while upholding food safety and hospitality standards.

The role and You:

We’re looking for an Honest Kitchen Assistant in the Butchery Department who believes in the power of great, fresh food and “old school” hospitality to make someone’s day. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker with a great team spirit and will be happy to go the extra mile in order to ensure our guests receive the best standards of care possible. You will be supporting your team in various tasks, while observing and learning new skills. This job is specifically advertised for our Butchery Department where we take the high quality beef meet and turn it into our famous, chopped (not minced), burger patties. A lot goes into this process and on a normal day you would:

• Work in a cold, 0-5C, environment for the duration of your shift
• Uphold the highest of food and health & safety standards, including work in full protective clothing and regular hand wash
• Operate heavy machinery on the production line
