Booker Group in Plymouth is seeking a Skilled Butcher to join our Butchery team. You will bring strong product knowledge, cutting and preparation skills, and deliver high standards of customer service while preparing orders to customers' needs.

You\'ll work as part of a small team, may run the department in the manager\'s absence, and ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations. We offer a competitive wage and flexible patterns within a 7-day operation.

Qualifications

• Good product knowledge and cutting/preparation skills.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Prepare orders to customer needs and manage stock control.
• Customer-driven, well organized, and an excellent communicator with butchery experience.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team in the Butchery Department.
• May run the department in the Butchery Manager's absence.
