Job summary

Booker Group is seeking a commercial butcher who can deliver first-class service to independent retailers and caterers. You will bring proven butchery experience, product knowledge and a can-do attitude to every customer interaction.

Join a leading UK wholesaler and help prepare orders to customers' requirements while maintaining stock control and high health and safety standards. You will communicate clearly, stay organised and build lasting relationships with customers.

• Proven experience within the butchery trade with good product knowledge.
• Excellent customer service skills and clear communication.
• Ability to organise tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Understanding of stock control processes and procedures.

Proven experience within the butchery trade with good product knowledge, cutting and preparation skills,
