Job summary

CM recruitment is seeking a Dutch-speaking Business Travel Consultant to join a global travel company in Manchester. The role offers a hybrid rota, working Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, with a salary of £32,000-£36,000 depending on experience and attractive benefits.

You will manage a small portfolio of corporate accounts, handling flights, hotels, and transfers by phone and email, ensuring top-tier service and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Travel/Corporate Travel.
• Excellent fares and ticketing knowledge.
• Fluent/Native Dutch language.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting corporate clients with Worldwide travel enquiries including flights, hotels and transfers by phone and email.
• Providing support and advise of the best travel options.
• Responsible for the whole process including changes and amendments and ticketing.
• A high level of service, while compliant with SLAs.

We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an established, global business travel company based in Manchester who are recruiting for a Dutch speaking Business Travel consultant to join their team, working on a small portfolio of accounts. This role will be on a flexible hybrid rota in Manchester and will be working Mon-Fri 9am-6pm offering a salary £32,000-£36,000 dependent on experience, along with great company benefits

Dutch Speaking Business Travel Consultant Responsibilities :

• Assisting corporate clients with Worldwide travel enquiries including flights, hotels and transfers by phone and email
• Providing support and advise of the best travel options
• Responsible for the whole process including changes and amendments and ticketing
• Offering ahigh level of service, while compliant with SLA's

Dutch Speaking Business Travel Consultant Experience Required:

• Previous experience working within Business Travel/Corporate Travel
• Excellent fares and ticketing knowledge
• Experience using Sabre is preferred but other GDS Galileo/Amadeus maybe considered
• Fluent/Native Dutch language
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Strong fares and ticketing experience
