Qualifications

Job description

We are recruiting for a Business Teacher to commence after half term on 3 November at a secondary school part of a large trust known for its high standards and supportive culture.

As Business Teacher you will be delivering to Yr 12 and Yr13 (AQA) and will require excellent content knowledge and experience with teaching A-Level Business and preferably but not essential with exam marking experience.

This position is full time Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, with a possibility of a 5pm finish one day per week to attend department meetings, but this has yet to be confirmed.

For this role of Business Teacher we are looking for a candidate that can start asap, you will need to supply a minimum of 2 years references and hold an enhanced DBS preferably with the update service.

Qualifications & Experience

• QTS or equivalent
• Degree in Business, Economics or a related field, preferred but not essential
• Experience teaching Business Studies at A-Level
• Strong knowledge and understanding of curriculum and assessment frameworks.
