Overview

As a Business Systems Team Leader, you will help coordinate and drive activity and efforts of the team to deliver software solutions.

The Business Systems Solutions (BSS) department leverages innovative technologies to deliver bespoke and third-party solutions that enhance operational efficiency, scalability and sustainability across the Business.

Core skills within the team include an AI first approach with Roo Code, .Net, REACT, Python, Typescript and GCP. The tech stack also includes SQL, Web API and CSS 3.

You will guide the team, managing workloads through the various disciplines, and making key technical contributions to deliver high-quality applications. Additionally, you will respond rapidly to the needs of the Business, actively contributing to the day-to-day design, development, and operation of the team's services.
