Business Systems Business Intelligence Developer

Full time 36.5 hours per week, full year contract

£35,432 per annum

Treloar’s is one of the UK’s leading organisations supporting disabled children and young people. We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our Business Systems Team and help transform how we use data across our School, College and wider Trust.

If you’re passionate about data, technology, automation and improving organisational efficiency, this is a role where you can have a real impact.

As our BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining dashboards, reports and data‑driven solutions that support strategic decision making across Treloar’s. Using tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL Server, SharePoint 365 and other Microsoft 365 technologies, you will help streamline processes and improve visibility of key information.

The ideal candidate will be highly detail‑oriented, analytical, with excellent written and oral communication skills. You enjoy solving problems, improving systems and using data to drive change.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • IT‑related degree or significant relevant work experience
  • Experience using Power Platform apps
  • Knowledge of Power Query, DAX, JSON
  • Experience with SQL Server, SSRS (or equivalent)
  • Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
  • Experience integrating data from various sources
