Week 1 = 6am - 2pm

Week 2 = 2pm - 10pm

Responsibilities

• ERP systems including other IT applications supporting the business.
• Lead the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring they are completed on time, scope, and budget.
• Evaluate current business processes and identify continuous improvement.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and document business requirements.
• Training and mentoring business application users.
• Creating, reviewing and maintaining Functional and Business Requirement Documents (FRD & BRD)
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Work cohesively with all departments and stakeholders internally.
• Introducing change configuration within the business applications or business process.
• Preparation of business cases for application improvements.
• Create self-learning and attend internal training courses.
• Creating problem reviews of root cause analysis and introducing permanent fixes
• Willingness to learn new innovative technologies and tools.

Essential and Desirable Skills

• Good analytical skills.
• Prior experience in the food manufacturing industry is desirable
