Job summary

Harvey Nash in Manchester offers a permanent, full-time role with hybrid work (1 day per week in the office). You will gather and document requirements, translate them into user stories, and work with Product Managers, Developers and stakeholders to deliver digital solutions.

You'll contribute to CMS-driven web environments, support testing and go-live, and drive continuous improvement. Salary up to £50,000, 30 days annual leave, private medical insurance, ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital solutions within a CMS environment.
• Strong Business Analysis experience within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from stakeholders.
• Ability to create user stories, process maps and business documentation.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of testing phases including SIT and UAT.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
