We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to lead the technical analysis of a digital platform. In this role, you will evaluate existing systems and processes, leveraging functional requirements provided by the Product Lead and Business Analysts.
You will collaborate closely with the Solution Architect and third-party vendors to design and document systems integration and data mapping, ensuring solutions align with organisational objectives.
This position requires both a technical mindset and a customer-centric approach to deliver solutions that meet business expectations and drive operational excellence.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the Product Leads and 3rd party vendors to facilitate the successful delivery of business systems initiatives through open and transparent communication with project teams.
