Business Support Team Manager

Excellent opportunity to join this well-established business who are seeking an experienced Team Manager to support their planning and administration team. You will provide leadership and guidance to a small team.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure consistent and organized administrative practices across all activities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and service excellence.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, one-to-ones, and training.
  • Promote cross-training to strengthen team flexibility and business continuity.
  • Ensure all targets are consistently achieved, including SLA's.
  • Maintain strong compliance with internal processes, system housekeeping, and control frameworks.
  • Analyse KPI data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the teams.
  • Take a hands‑on approach to resource allocation, scheduling, and coordination, actively supporting the teams during high-demand periods.
  • Work closely with other managers to ensure seamless collaboration between departments.
  • Engage regularly with other managers to align on objectives, processes, and compliance requirements.
