Job description

You will undertake specific responsibilities to support, prioritise and coordinate effective and efficient technical administrative support to the Airborne Systems Integration (ASI) programme team. You will need to exhibit a high level of organisation skills, great team ethic and the ability to interface with people at all levels both internally and externally, whilst embracing innovative ways of working.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Develop and maintain Document Record Management database, to include training and access control
  • Manage and maintain data access process across the programme
  • Coordinate all ASI secure communications tools and facilities
  • Own and drive knowledge management activities within ASI
  • Maintenance and coordination of ASI communications, to include updates to the intranet and SharePoint pages
  • Proactively manage and maintain the on‑boarding and induction processes and documents for ASI
  • Manage and track the licensing, export, Visa's and international visitors forms across the entire programme
  • To be a key member within the UK Support Function and participate in engagement activities
  • Sharing best practice and knowledge within the UK Support Function and offering guidance and training to team members
  • Participation and progress on UK Support Function personal development initiatives - to be accountable for own self‑learning and development
  • Discretion and confidentiality to be maintained
  • Any other adhoc technical administration duties; we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the UK Support Function team, someone that is forward thinking, who looks to improve efficiencies in working practices, processes and engagement activities
  • Able to effectively collate data, analyse and present findings in an engaging manner
  • Can demonstrate a great team ethic and the ability to interface and build close working relationships with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally
  • Can demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft packages and an ability to identify, implement and utilise specialist tools and software to streamline tasks

Salary: Circa £32,000 depending on experience.

Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on‑site due to workload classification.

Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
