Business Support Specialist (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Role Overview
  • You will support Operations management and compliance Business Support services and traveller assistance for multiple delegated business activities such as Enterprise Services Site Services Finance & Business Security & Fire Protection and Supplier Management and will supports HR processes for international local hire employees and provides assistance to international assignee with routine issues (i.e. relocation services) or concerns.
  • Coordinates facilities operations and administration non-real-property project administration property administration and facilities provisioning. Performs routing recurring accounting invoicing cost analysis tax or other business objectives through collecting processing and distributing cost or financial data.
  • Participate in documenting business processes and procedures for the purpose of safeguarding people property information and the environment while demonstrating understanding of policies and compliance standards.
  • Compile data and post information to various electronic information systems as needed.
  • Monitor track and record data activity to provide visibility and assist in compiling data from various sources.
  • Managing access to Boeing areas and integrations with the wider facility
  • Processing visitor requests and ensuring planned visits are coordinated with the day to day operations in the facility.
  • Processing incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information.
  • Ordering and maintaining general office supplies.
  • Planning and implementing logistics for internal and external events and meetings.
  • Co-ordinating with the sites Facilities Management Specialist in ensuring the Boeing area of the facility is maintained in excellent condition.
  • Ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression for visitors.
  • Building a strong professional relationship with key people on-site.
