  • Strategic planning of the lead’s diary.
  • Proactive inbox management and executive gatekeeping.
  • Manage partner expense submissions and compliance oversight.
  • Support business meetings and event booking.
  • Provide ad-hoc cover for the Business Support team.
  • Coordinate annual performance appraisal and finance tracking.
  • Organise leadership meetings and away-day events.
