A leading insurance provider in the UK seeks a Business Support Administrator for their Claims Department. This entry-level position involves providing essential administrative support, managing outgoing mail, and assisting with email correspondence. ARAG Group have an excellent opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our friendly and supportive Post Room in our Claims Department in our Bedwas office. Our Claims Department is at the heart of our market-leading legal expenses insurance provision, and we are looking for individuals who have a passion for providing an excellent service to our internal customers. The team culture is supportive and focused on developing one another.
The successful candidate will provide excellent administrative support to the business. In this entry-level role, they will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Post Room Services for ARAG LEI and LEI Law. This includes, but is not limited to, the processing of all outgoing physical mail from our Bedwas Office, scanning, archiving and destruction of incoming mail, processing customer media files, management of printer queues, and the completion of law bundling.
In addition to this you will need to support the processing of incoming email correspondence and other tasks within the wider team as and when required.
We are keen to hear from candidates that have the ability to communicate at all levels and build relationships with customers, business partners and colleagues. Ideally, you will work well under pressure and adapt to change. Previous experience working within an office environment is highly desirable, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry skills.
Post Room hours run between 7am and 5pm on a shift basis.
