We're now looking for a Business Support Operations Administrator,

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
  • Carry out inventory duties on inbound / outbound material tracking to receipt at end destination
  • Supporting the on site Inventory Manager to improve process and maintain customer SLA
  • Ownership control of slow moving material and managing agreed parameters for delivery schedule.
  • Support with the management of site KPI dashboard - Ensure key KPI's are met and reported to customer requirements
  • Stock Control - Monitor all material in and out of embargo area following agreed customer process
  • Audit CMMS3 compliance and correct user access
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
  • Previous logistics/warehouse experience
  • Previous Administration experience in a logistics setting
  • IT Literate, with microsoft office packages (Excel etc)
  • Familiar with SAP
  • CMMS Experience is essential
