Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support Officer to provide administrative and operational support within our busy Repairs Team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth processes, accurate data management, and effective communication across the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Repairs Team.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets accurately.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and team activities.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as required.
  • Monitor and track performance data, KPIs, and compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Handle general enquiries and escape issues where necessary.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Skills & Experience
