A leading defence organization in Stevenage is seeking a proactive Business/Admin Support professional to assist Senior Management. This role requires strong communication and organisational skills, with responsibilities including diary management, meeting organisation, and document preparation. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and a keen interest in enhancing operational efficiency. Competitive salary and dynamic working model offered.
Join a dynamic team within the UK Support Function to support the Head of Function/Senior Management and their teams. You will undertake specific projects/responsibilities for the management team. You are expected to be proactive in managing a busy workload with resilience, strong communication and organisational skills, and attention to detail.
Salary: Circa £28,000 depending on experience
Location: Stevenage
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification.
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo BPSS checks, managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

You will need to exhibit a high level of resilience, communication and organisation skills and attention to detail, which is key to the success in this role.
