Clerical Officer – Admin & Clerical

£12.64 per hour

Our client is looking for an experienced Clerical Officer – Admin & Clerical.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and triaging telephone calls
  • Daily reception cover, reception drop‑ins, scanning documents and adding them to the correct files
  • Triaging email inboxes, database work and telephone payments
  • Providing support to Local Land Charges
  • Using a variety of IT packages – training provided but applicants must be competent and comfortable with IT
  • Dealing confidently with difficult customers – service customers can be challenging.

The role is office-based.
