We are recruiting two Business Support Officers to provide administrative support within the Council’s Development Management teams.

If you have experience in providing administrative support using information technology systems, or if you hold a relevant qualification, and you are looking for an opportunity to broaden your horizons and contribute to a forward‑thinking organisation, this could be the role for you.

You will be enthusiastic, self‑motivated, eager to learn, and able to work with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines, while focusing on delivering good customer service, are essential.

You will work in a friendly environment, supported fully in your role, with opportunities to gain experience and develop your skills within a busy planning team. Council offices support hybrid working, with staff undertaking a mixture of office‑based and home working.
