A local environmental services company in Wales seeks a Customer Service Administrator to manage the garden waste collection service. You'll oversee customer applications, improve processes, and handle inquiries. Strong administrative and customer service skills are essential for this role, ensuring timely responses and high-quality support to residents.
This is a crucial post within Recycling and Waste Business Systems and Technical Support team. It will ensure the effective running of the garden waste collections through managing all administrative aspects of the service and providing excellent customer service to Monmouthshire residents.
High quality business support is essential to enable our staff to deliver services to the standard expected of them. Of utter importance is our interaction with our public and ensuring they get a timely and customer focused response, also our interaction and relationships with internal colleagues to ensure we both provide and receive the best service possible.
This role is expected to provide a quality service to highly visible important front line services. You will often be the first port of call for customers and also our staff who require assistance or works undertaken. Work will be expected to be undertaken in a timely and professional manner.
