Qualifications
- Degree in Management or related field
- Professional qualifications in cost management and UK business and labour laws
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior management role, including direct staff oversight and board-level reporting
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Practical experience in database administration and IT infrastructure for SMEs
- Willingness to relocate to Uttoxeter, Staffordshire on short notice
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, supervising and monitoring the work of staff
- Carrying out staff appraisals and measuring performance to ensure the organization maintains low labour turnover and high staff satisfaction
- Developing quality control processes by bridging gaps in existing food hygiene, stock management, asset management, and CRM systems
- Maintaining the stock and asset register, along with preparing forecasted and budgeted financial reports to reflect the organization’s future financial outlook
- Preparing all cost and finance reports based on reconciliations and system-generated data for management review
- Dealing with correspondence from government and non-governmental organizations, food hygiene standard agencies, and health and safety authorities
- Performing with full access to and oversight of the organization’s total IT infrastructure as the system and database administrator
