Working as part of a busy team who are committed to improving outcomes for children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEND), you will be central in supporting the EHC Team to meet its statutory duties. You will assist the Senior Business Support Officer in providing an efficient business support function and work collaboratively with colleagues, young people and families within Trafford, and other stakeholders to meet service needs as part of the EHC Team.
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual with strong administrative experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold qualifications equivalent to NVQ Level 2 and GCSEs in Maths and English and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development. With at least one year’s experience in a large organisation, you will be confident using Microsoft Office, managing correspondence, and supporting financial and administrative processes. You’ll be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, able to prioritise tasks, solve problems efficiently, and deliver high-quality work independently. A customer‑focused approach and the ability to share knowledge and support colleagues are essential.
