Responsibilities
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Processing documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Handling customer queries over the telephone
  • Supporting business operations, including checking candidate availability, offering roles and other telephone activities directed by the management team
Qualifications
  • Organised, detail‑oriented, and confident in communicating with internal and external stakeholders and comfortable spending time on the telephone.
  • Have experience in an office administrative role or providing sales support.
  • Be proficient with administrative software (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Be confident with numbers.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of customer service.
  • Possess good organisational and administrative skills.
  • Be able to create and modify marketing materials for clients, such as CVs and Mailers.
  • Work effectively to deadlines through good workload management.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
