You’ll play a vital role in providing administrative and reception support to our busy service—particularly our weekly Music Centres. You’ll be a friendly and efficient first point of contact for parents, schools, and visitors, helping to ensure the smooth running of our programmes.

You Will
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks with accuracy and care
  • Coordinate communications between parents, schools, and staff
  • Support scheduling, data entry, and resource management
  • Contribute to planning and delivering events and concerts
You’ll Bring

  • A background in administration and customer service

Knowledge of classical, contemporary, or popular music—or experience in arts or education—is an advantage, but not essential.

About The Provider

Hounslow Music Service provides instrumental and vocal lessons to learners of all ages and all abilities, both in and out of school time. In addition to these lessons we also offer a structured, progressive ensemble programme at our midweek music centres and organise performances and projects to complement pupils’ learning.
