Job description

MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Business Support Officer on a Temporary basis, based in South East London.

Day Rate: 200 Per Day

Main Responsibilities
  • Proven experience working within a maintenance or property services environment
  • Responsibility for works delivery, including raising and managing work orders
  • Handling and resolving complaints and resident issues
  • Ability to show great customer service and be convincing in arranging access arrangements
  • Exposure to low-level contract management, including liaison with contractors
  • Monitoring progress of works and ensuring completion within required timescales
  • Accurate record keeping and use of systems to track delivery
Requirements
  • Ability to work at pace, managing a high volume of allocated works
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Confident communicator, able to work closely with contractors and internal teams and dela with challenging residents
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • High levels of persistence and resilience, particularly when dealing with challenging situations
