Business Support Officer

Full Time - Fixed Term 8 Months

The Business Support Officer will work under the supervision and guidance of the Medical Director’s Business Manager to support the delivery of the MD Office portfolio of work. The role requires thorough and robust administrative and secretarial support across clinical and non‑clinical workstreams and projects within the Executive Medical Directors portfolio. Key responsibilities include diary and email management, coordinating and servicing meetings, taking calls, passing on accurate messages promptly and maintaining appropriate information systems. The post is part of a multi‑skilled team and may entail cross‑cover within the Medical Directorate function. The role will be undertaken at a high level of competence in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills and organisational abilities. This is initially a fixed‑term position with the potential for permanent placement.
