  • Support decision-making by preparing agendas, capturing actions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Produce high-quality reports and documentation for Boards and committees.
  • Provide executive support to senior leaders and manage communications.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement with external partners and ensure briefings are prepared.
  • Deliver business administration across departments, including diary coordination.
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams and workstreams.
  • Communicate progress and celebrate milestones.

  • Facilitate collaboration across teams and workstreams, promoting alignment and avoiding duplication.
  • Champion transformation by communicating progress, celebrating milestones, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications
