A leading educational institution in the UK is seeking an Executive Support position based on campus with hybrid work options. The role involves managing communications, diary management, organizing meetings, and providing administrative support to senior managers. Ideal candidates will have excellent IT and communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to personal development. This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Working for a Director or a Head of Service, within Residential services, your duties will include - writing and delivering effective communications for students, staff and external contacts, ensuring content is appropriate and relevant for the target audience; diary management; helping to plan and organise meetings & events attended by managers, team members and external service partners; minute taking; making travel and accommodation arrangements and bookings; processing claims for expenses; organising & maintaining records and files and undertaking general administrative duties.

You will demonstrate innovation and creativity as well as the ability to adapt to different ways of working and a commitment to your own personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the role.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and have experience of working to assist senior managers in a business support/admin role. You will possess excellent IT skills with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills and will be able to work independently using your own initiative and judgement in order to make decisions.
Normal working hours will be 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. However, there may be an occasional requirement to work evenings and weekends.
