A global insurance firm is seeking a Business Systems Support Analyst in Birmingham. This hybrid role involves providing first-line support for business applications, managing user access, and troubleshooting issues. Working hours: This role is available on a part-time, job-share or full-time basis

As a proactive and customer-focused Business Systems Support Analyst within Zurich Engineering, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both internal users and external customers. From troubleshooting issues to maintaining applications and delivering training, you’ll be the go-to expert for ensuring our systems work seamlessly.
