The role:

As a Business Support Administrator you will help drive our goals by:

  • Operating and adhering to EHS best practice and procedure, ensuring all tasks are carried out safely and in line with JM policy.

  • Preparation of documentation and reports for the management team and providing support to the senior management team.

  • Carrying out periodic online training requirements in a timely manner.

  • Completing QA audits to a green school.

  • Ordering items for the department.

  • Any other administrative tasks required to support the Lead Administrator, Team Leaders and Senior Management.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
  • Good Level of both written and verbal English

  • Experience within an Administrative role

  • Good IT skills

  • Knowledge of a variety of different PC packages including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point) SAP
