Responsibilities

  • Providing cover for front‑of‑house duties, including delivering a warm and professional meet‑and‑greet service for clients and visitors
  • Providing coordination and hands‑on support for internal office events
  • Supporting the organisation and delivery of business development events, including out‑of‑hours activity when required
  • Supporting the preparation of client refreshments, maintaining meeting rooms, and managing room bookings when covering front‑of‑house responsibilities
  • Supporting the day‑to‑day running of office facilities, ensuring spaces are well‑presented and fully operational
  • Overseeing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Supporting health and safety requirements within the office
  • Managing client documentation and records, including scanning, filing, returning, and ensuring compliance with firm‑wide processes
  • Providing general administrative support to Business Lines and Support teams as required

Job Purpose

We are recruiting an Administrator to manage office administration, coordinate resources, and provide essential support to ensure the efficient operation of the Dundee office.

This role is office-based and will support the smooth running of our workspace, deliver highâ€‑quality client service, and provide administrative support across Business Lines and Support Services. The position also includes assisting with the planning and delivery of business development events, including occasional outâ€‑ofâ€‑hours support.

TheAdministrator will be responsible for (but not limited to):
