Responsibilities

  • Administering IT tickets logged by end users via ServiceNow.
  • Reviewing and triaging tickets to the correct assignment groups.
  • Keeping users updated on ticket progress at least every 7 days.
  • Resolving simple tickets, particularly those related to Line of Business applications.
  • Assisting with IT projects such as laptop and mobile phone refresh.
  • Supporting the wider Digital and IT service with administrative tasks.

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Business Support / Admin Assistant to join our Digital and IT team. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and IT support to ensure smooth operations across the service.

  • Willingness to learn new IT systems
