We are representing a leading global investment firm in their search for a Business Analyst to join the London office. This newly created position sits within the internal business function and plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organisation continues to scale effectively while maintaining a world-class operating model.

Unlike client relationship positions, this is a project-driven role focused on problem-solving and business transformation. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify challenges, design solutions, and deliver initiatives that enhance the firm's operational efficiency. Projects typically span:

  • CRM and workflow redesigns – ensuring systems are efficient, user-friendly, and scalable.
  • Technology rollouts – supporting automation, system upgrades, and new tool implementations.
  • Product and process development – enabling the business to adapt to evolving client and market needs.
  • Operational efficiency initiatives – streamlining processes based on insight from client service teams.
Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analysis, consulting, or a relevant function within financial services.
  • A proven track record of end-to-end project delivery, ideally including CRM or technology development, product rollouts, or operating model redesigns.
  • Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management, with the credibility to influence across teams.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and comfort in a dynamic, evolving environment.
The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to contribute directly to the growth and scalability of a sophisticated, global business. You will join an environment that values intellectual curiosity, diverse perspectives, and high standards of excellence, while providing autonomy, development opportunities, and a balanced working model.
