A leading education company in Birmingham seeks a Business Skills Coach to deliver training programs for Apprentices in Leadership and Management. This role involves managing learner progress, conducting assessments, and providing valuable feedback, with a hybrid working model requiring occasional travel to customer sites. The ideal candidate has experience in training apprentices and a background in senior management. Competitive salary and a supportive work culture are offered.
We are looking for a Business Skills Coach to join our friendly team who can deliver high quality training programmes to develop our Apprentices knowledge, skills and behaviours for their Level3 and 5 Leadership and Management Programme.
Your responsibilities will include completing Apprentice learning, assessments, reviews, and completions efficiently, always aiming to exceed the quality standards set by management. You'll support every aspect of the learner journey, from preparing for the Gateway to delivering valuable, professional feedback and provide exceptional learning experiences and steadfast guidance to ensure every apprentice and learner achieves their Apprenticeship standards and qualifications successfully.
Location : Based on a hybrid working model, you will have the ability to work remotely with occasional travel to customer sites and our Pearson office based in central London. Due to the need to travel into London, you must be within an easy commute but all travel expenses will be paid.
