Job summary

Crowe Watson Recruitment is partnering with a leading Chartered Accountants firm in Warrington to recruit a Business Services Manager. You will lead a team, manage client relationships, and ensure high-quality accounts and business services work across a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or QBE with relevant experience.
• Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• Proven experience managing client portfolios and supervising staff.
• Strong technical accounts and business services knowledge, including UK GAAP.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality accounts and business services work.
• Review work prepared by junior members of the team, providing guidance and support.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
• Assist with the management and development of the wider business services team.
• Identify opportunities to add value for clients and support business development.
