Business Service Manager - Technology CSC - Counter Terrorism Policing HQ
Salary: The starting salary is £53,459, including allowances totaling £2,928. The breakdown is a basic salary of £50,531, increasing annually up to £55,103, plus a location allowance of £1,928 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000.

Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP) relies on high-performing individuals. As a Business Service Manager, you will manage service level agreements, operational agreements, and underpinning contracts to ensure high-quality services supporting CTP's mission to keep the country safe. Join us and contribute to national security.
You will be part of the Customer Service Centre (CSC), providing national IT services. Your role involves working with internal teams and third-party vendors to support service delivery, monitor services, produce management reports, track service levels, and hold review meetings.
Required experience includes ITIL service management processes such as Service Level Management, Supplier Management, Service Reporting, Change Management, and Problem Management. Technical knowledge should cover IT hardware, Cisco and Microsoft technologies, data centre management, and monitoring tools. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
