You’ll support all aspects of information security governance and frameworks, collaborating with teams across AXA UK including IT, Resilience and Security.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsibility for corporate client assurance, responding to queries and supporting audits and other assurance activities
  • Supporting compliance of security frameworks and reporting, to include the ISO27001 and MTSB frameworks and internal/external audits
  • Driving governance forums/meetings by producing packs, taking minutes, and updating actions
  • Maintaining a view of the security risk posture for the business units and ensuring risks are understood
  • Providing advice and guidance to support decisions and approvals related to security and advice on risk acceptances and exceptions to policies
  • Helping ensure stakeholders are fully briefed on threats, risks and their relevance to the business with clear remediation required for out of tolerance areas
  • Supporting the preparation and gathering of evidence for audits and tracking of any out of tolerance areas

What you’ll bring:

  • Good knowledge of security and technical concepts
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to clearly identify key issues and present information concisely
  • Effective prioritisation; managing own work to meet goals and objectives
  • Ability to develop and maintain a network of contacts across the business at varying levels of seniority
  • Flexible approach to work, carrying out other appropriate duties from time to time as required
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Relevant Professional Qualification e.g., CompTIA Security+ desirable

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
