Job summary

Danos Group is engaged with a leading private bank seeking a Business Risk Manager to bolster the Risk team in product reviews, resilience, remediation and continuous improvement aligned with business initiatives.

Key duties include supporting front-office processes, preparing committee materials, and driving risk and control enhancements across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance or frontline roles with exposure to risk and controls.
• Experience in private banking, ideally in a small to mid-sized organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support the front-office in the compliant execution of processes.
• Preparation of presentations to local and Group committees.
• Support ad hoc projects to enhance protection of the Bank and its clients.

Our Client, a leading Private Bank, are looking for a Business Risk Manager to join their Risk team to support in conducting product reviews; ensuring operational resilience; remediating and executing risk and controls; and ensuring continuous improvement in line with the business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the front-office in the compliant execution of processes
• Preparation of presentations to local and Group committees
• Support ad hoc projects and/or tasks that may arise within the scope of the BRM team aimed at enhancing the protection of the Bank and its clients.

Key Requirements:

• 5 year experience in risk management, compliance or alternatively in frontline roles with proven exposure to risk and control activity
• Experience working within private banking - ideally in a small to mid-sized organisation

This is a permanent role and will be fully on-site in their London offices.
